Fare Review Policy
Our approach
We search live inventory from airline and travel-technology partners to surface competitive fares. Because airfare changes quickly, we do not promise that the same itinerary will remain available at the same price after you book. If you believe you found a lower publicly available fare for the identical itinerary shortly after booking, you may contact us and we will review the details.
What qualifies
- Same airline, flight number, date, departure time, and fare class
- Same passenger count and cabin class
- Fare must be publicly bookable (not a member-only, coupon, or loyalty program fare)
- Request should be submitted within 24 hours of your Sky Travel Help booking request
- The lower fare must still be bookable at time of claim
How to request a review
Email a screenshot of the competing fare and your Sky Travel Help booking reference to [email protected] with the subject line "Fare Review Request." We will review the information and let you know whether the compared fare appears to match the same itinerary and booking conditions.
Important notes
A fare review does not guarantee a refund, credit, or price match. Fares found on airline websites directly, member-only offers, special code fares, group fares, charter inventory, or employee travel programs are not eligible for review under this policy.
